Jenny Machida brings a wealth of experience to her new role, including more than 25 years of experience in the industry including direct investment, entrepreneurship consulting, and management services Her position cuts tax entirely as a partner at PwC, advising private banking clients on talent management, aligning leaders and teams with their value creation goals Before working at specialty PwC, he was influential at IMB Partners, serving as partner and managing director. Here he was heavily involved in talent assessment, post-acquisition planning, and collaborating with managers to drive goal creation.


His career has also focused on serving as founder, chief executive officer, and board chairman of Sevident, a startup in medical diagnostic technology In addition, he has been a founding partner of Booz & Co.; (now part of PwC Strategy&) and Katzenbach Partners, focusing on strategy and organizational consulting His journey in this field began at Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson), where he honed his skills work as a human resource consultant specializing in human capital planning
