A leadership transition in the Huhtamaki Global Executive Team has been announced, with Katariina Kravi joining as EVP in January 2026.

Huhtamaki has announced a leadership change in the Huhtamaki Global Executive Team. Ingolf Thom, Executive Vice President, HR and Safety, will leave the company at the end of 2025. He will remain in post through the transition period.

Effective 1 January 2026, Katariina Kravi will join Huhtamaki as Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Safety and Communications. She will become a member of the Huhtamaki Global Executive Team and will report to President and CEO Ralf K. Wunderlich. Kravi will be based in Espoo, Finland.

Kravi brings over 20 years of international HR leadership experience across industrial and technology companies. She most recently served as Executive Vice President, People and Communications at Stora Enso.

The Huhtamaki Global Executive Team, as of January 2026, will include:
Ralf K. Wunderlich, Fredrik Davidsson, Sara Engber, Thomas Geust, Axel Glade, Katariina Kravi, Ann O’Hara, Sami Pauni, Johan Rabe (until December 2025), Ingolf Thom (until December 2025), and Changsheng Wu.

Thom and Rabe will stay in their roles until Dec 31 2025 to ensure leadership continuity through the changeover.

Huhtamaki is a sustainable packaging solutions company with 36 operations in 36 countries. The comp any achieved net sales of EUR 4.1 billion in 2024.
