Reliance Retail Q1 FY2026 Results show revenue of ₹84,171 crore, up 11.3% year-on-year. EBITDA reached ₹6,381 crore, a 12.7% increase.
EBITDA margin rose to 8.7%. The company opened 388 stores. Total network now stands at 19,592 outlets.
Retail space reached 77.6 million square feet. Registered customers hit 358 million. Total transactions: 389 million, up 16.5% from last year.
Grocery led growth. Home and personal care up 15%. Fruits and vegetables up 15%. Packaged foods up 13%.
Metro format grew in hot beverages, dry fruits, nuts, and kitchen staples. Elite loyalty program launched during the quarter.
JioMart daily orders rose 175% year-on-year. Quarter-on-quarter growth was 68%. The service now covers 1,000+ cities and 4,290 pin codes. Fulfilment handled by 2,200 stores.
Fashion and lifestyle segments expanded. Over 170 new-format stores opened under GAP, Azorte, and Yousta. These banners reported 59% growth.
AJIO Rush launched in six cities. Four-hour delivery live. Average bill value up. Returns down.
AJIO’s catalogue reached 2.6 million SKUs, up 44%. New customer revenue share rose to 18%. AJIO Luxe added more brands, now at 875.
Shein crossed 2 million app downloads. Beauty, footwear, and accessories expanded.
Jewellery sales stayed steady. Average bill value up 47%. New 18kt and festival ranges launched.
Consumer electronics stable. Kelvinator IP acquired. JioMart Digital expanded its merchant network. resQ service points grew 31% to 1,621.
Marketplace operations widened. Catalogue up 13%. Seller base grew 19%. Subscription services now run in 26 cities with 45% order growth.
